Who decides how you bill?

At most practices, someone else. Here it's you. GPs choose whether they bill mixed or bulk, and both models run side by side under the same roof. You set your own position rather than inheriting the practice's.

If you go private, gap fees are structured by consult length: $40 standard, $50 long, $60 extended. Either way, patients 18 and under and 75 and above are bulk billed across the board, so the youngest and oldest are looked after regardless of how you work.

It's GP-owned. Two doctors who met at medical school founded the group and still consult across the sites. Each practice runs under its own principal GP. Non-corporate, close-knit, expanding.

This practice is the established site of the 3 and the group's teaching practice, rebuilt in recent years into an accredited registrar training practice. 8 rooms, 10 to 11 GPs, and capacity to take on more.
