The Role
You will play a key role in supporting older Australians to remain active, independent and engaged within their homes and communities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Functional, mobility and falls risk assessments
- Group and Individual Exercise Programs
- Home visits and community-based assessments
- Equipment prescription and recommendations
- Therapy planning and intervention
- Health education for clients, families and care teams
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting clients to achieve their individual goals
About You
- Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for aged care and community health
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Current driver's licence
