Role Overview

As a Crew Member at South West Pipe Relining, you will be part of a skilled and supportive team delivering high-quality pipe rehabilitation works across Victoria and interstate. You’ll work hands on in a fast paced environment, supporting the setup, operation, and completion of trenchless pipe relining and associated civil works while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the setup and operation of pipe relining equipment and job sites.

- Perform manual labour tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment preparation.

- Support reinstatement works, traffic control, and service connection activities.

- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.

- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately.

- Maintain explicit communication with team members and supervisors.





- Travel to project locations, including interstate FIFO work, when required.

Essential Requirements

- Construction White Card.

- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence (MR preferred).

- Willingness to travel and work away from home (FIFO/interstate).

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

- Physically fit for manual labour.

Preferred but Not Essential

- Working within confine space

- Previous experience in civil construction, plumbing, or labouring.

- Plant and equipment operating tickets.
