About the Role - What will you do?
- Provide appropriate clinical care to residents in accordance with their needs assessment and nursing care plan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as, showering, dressing or other personally orientated tasks to facilitate a valuable quality of life for the residents
- Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care and the services they receive
- Accurately document resident’s current condition and care needs
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the home
