- Provide activity programs to meet the individual and collective needs of our residents
- Assess resident needs, abilities and progress with ongoing evaluation
- Understanding of common medical and behavioural problems and their management as it relates to the ability of the resident to participate in Leisure and Lifestyle programs
- Liaise with appropriate staff regarding resident/client care and progress and report any signs of change or unusual behaviour
