We are GRP!
Going to work everyday should be amazing! We think holistically about our staff and our clients, and intentionally design the way we work to support a creative, functional approach to help our clients and our team achieve their personalised goals.
GRP Speech Pathology is an award winning community speech pathology practice that services all of Metropolitan Melbourne, Bendigo, Ballarat and Geelong in-person, and Australia-wide via telehealth. We work with clients from the age of 3 to aged care, and believe variety is the spice of (work)life! This allows our clinicians to keep their skills agile and evolving, and supports our clients to increase their participation in what they love to do and improve their quality of life, underpinned by evidence based practice.
GRP Speech Pathology is a NDIS-registered provider, proudly recognised as the 2025 Winner of the Allied Health Excellence in Practice Award. As national finalists for Most Outstanding Allied Health Organisation (2022 & 2024) and Best Remote Service (2023), we’re known for delivering exceptional care while creating an inspiring workplace where our team can thrive.

Beyond clinical work, all of our staff have structured, high quality clinical supervision as well as operational check-ins to ensure they’re well supported. We have a warm and vibrant team culture, and ensure that we are having a positive impact on the lives of our clients,
