You might be our person if you…

- Have 5+ years' experience in advanced skin or dermal therapy.
- Can confidently conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create customised treatment plans.
- Love educating clients and empowering them to understand their skin.
- Are experienced with advanced skin technologies, including laser treatments, skin needling and corrective skin procedures.
- Thrive in a team environment where learning, collaboration and excellence are part of everyday practice.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and genuinely care about every client who walks through the door.

About the Role

As a Senior Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician, you'll guide clients through complete skin transformation journeys, from their very first consultation through to achieving long-term skin confidence.

You'll perform a range of advanced treatments including:

- Cutera Excel V+ (Laser Genesis, vascular and pigmentation).
- Skin Needling.
- Chemical Peels.
- Advanced Corrective Facials.
- Buccal Facial Sculpting.




- Personalised home-care prescription and treatment planning.

We're looking for someone who can confidently educate, consult and deliver exceptional treatment outcomes while building long-term relationships with clients.

What You'll Bring:

- Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in advanced skin therapy or dermal science.
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science.
- Confidence conducting consultations and developing treatment plans.
- Experience with advanced skin treatments and corrective technologies.
- Laser experience is highly regarded (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Outstanding communication and client education skills.
- Professional presentation and exceptional attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to continual learning.
