About the role
Based at our Subiaco head office, this fixed-term full-time role for 3 months supports end users across 20+ locations spanning corporate offices and clinical settings. You'll handle tickets through ZENDesk, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support RIS/PACS and productivity systems, and contribute to IT projects — with travel to other sites supported by km reimbursement.
Who we're looking for
- Several years of L1/L2 end-user support experience, ideally in health or radiology
- Strong hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with RIS/PACS, Office, Active Directory, and service management tools
- Explicit communicator who can manage end users with patience and professionalism
- Sound understanding of cyber security and data protection practices
- ITIL or vendor certifications well regarded
- Full Australian working rights; own vehicle required
