We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Assistant/ Medical receptionist to join our team at Precision radiology and pain WA in our Bunbury clinic, on a PART-TIME basis, providing essential support in our medical imaging clinic to ensure high-quality radiology services for our patients.

For this role you need to be available to work full day Thursdays for clinical support, and 2 days a week in reception administration, flexible days.

This position will be suited but not limited to a student studying nursing, or an enrolled/registered nurse wanting part time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to the CT, US and x-ray departments, setting up and assisting our radiologist with procedures.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness for clinic facilities and imaging equipment.

- ordering and maintenance of medical supplies

- Providing excellent customer service and patient care

- Maintaining strong working relationships with patients,



referrers, staff and managers

- appointment scheduling, patient phone/email enquiries

- processing patient accounts

About You

As an ideal Clinical Assistant/medical receptionist, you will bring:

- Strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

- Proficiency in computer skills, Previous experience in the Medical Imaging industry is highly regarded.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact amiably and effectively with both the public and colleagues

- Ability to function effectively as part of a diagnostic health team

- Valuable time management and organisational skills

- non essential, but this position will suit a student studying nursing, or enrolled/registered nurse.
