About the role:

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be part of the National Operations Team, responsible for administrating warranty claims in Australia and New Zealand, specifically pre-approval warranty claims. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Administering warranty claims across both Australian and New Zealand dealer networks
- Maintaining good public relations with Dealers, Manufacturers and Customers
- Maintaining prompt and accurate processing of all warranty claims
- Continually identify opportunities for process improvement ensuring processes are cost effective and efficient

About you:

- Experience in a similar warranty or case management role
- Automotive technical knowledge highly regarded, with Mechanical Trade Qualification extremely desirable
- Automotive or Dealership experience highly regarded
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




- Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking
- Strong computer literacy
