The Role:

For a driven person, this is a fantastic sales opportunity! We are a leading international Google-trusted online marketing agency and we help businesses increase their visibility online with a market-leading and AI-powered ‘near me’ Google optimisation service.

As a vital member of our telesales team based in our Gabba office, you’ll be speaking with independently owned local businesses across Australia and helping them grow by selling our low-cost digital subscription service.

This is a role for someone who:

We’ll provide you with full training, coaching, and 1-on-1 support to set you up for success -all you need is energy, work ethic, and a desire to succeed. This is a full-time, office-based role in Gabba (9-5:30pm, Mon–Fri).

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business via cold calling and outbound phone sales

- Learn and confidently pitch our Google Listing Optimiser





- Follow our proven sales methodology and improve through coaching

- Hit weekly activity targets and agreed sales KPIs

- Manage follow-ups, pipelines and customer conversations professionally

- Represent Local Insights with confidence, integrity and personality

You’ll Need:

- Experience in a telesales, outbound sales or business development role (preferred, not essential)

- Confidence and resilience when making high volumes of calls

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

- A competitive mindset with a genuine drive to hit (and exceed) targets

- Good organisation and time management to manage pipelines and follow-ups

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached
