About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and skilled female support workers/AINs to join our team. This role involves:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care

- Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and independence

- Providing companionship and emotional support





- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families

- Ensuring a protected and inclusive environment for all clients

Skills & Experience:

- Must have a car and a Valid Driving License

- Police Check

- NDIS Check

- Working with Children Check

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Ageing Support.

- First Aid and CPR certification.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- A commitment to empathy and client-centred care.

- Competent in documentation including case notes and incident reporting
