The Great Lawn Co delivers quality Natural and Synthetic Turf and Landscape Projects for our valued clients with a focus on delivering a Red Carpet Customer Experience from first call to first water. We've built a great reputation with more than 750+ 5 star reviews and we're looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Team Leader to join our Landscaping Operations team.

We are looking for a motivated skilled Landscaper who enjoys providing high level customer service, enjoys leading a team and works efficiently to deliver exceptional projects for clients and is ready for a leadership role as the next step in their career. Ideally you will have experience preparing and installing Natural and Synthetic Turf, however full training and support is included the right applicant.

As a Project Team Leader you will lead natural and synthetic lawn projects on site at our clients properties that add value and create spaces for their families and pets to enjoy.

About you





Industry Experience:

You're passionate about landscaping and have experience working in Landscaping.

A Leader:

You enjoy taking the lead on site, working professionally with clients and managing your team to ensure timeframes are met

Machinery:

You have experience operating Micro and Mini Earthmoving equipment and are very comfortable safely operating trucks and trailers to transport equipment to site.

Organised:

You know what’s going on with the job you are on today, plus have already made arrangements for your project tomorrow to ensure things run smoothly & efficiently for your and your team on site.

Time Management:

You understand the importance of managing time on site for yourself, your team and your client

Communicator:

You enjoy working with your leadership team, staff and suppliers to complete projects on time, the right way first time
