Duty Manager/Gaming Manager

We're looking for a friendly, reliable team player who enjoys providing great customer service to our beloved locals and tourists in our busy country pub in beautiful Coffin Bay.

What's on offer?
An attractive full-time salaried position including on-site accommodation and food and beverage discounts.

Your duties will include:

• Venue opening and closing procedures
• Working an average of 38 hours over a 7 day roster
• Supervising up to 10 bar and kitchen staff
• Managing 10 gaming machines and TAB facilities
• Bar and bottle shop service
• Serving meals to tables and assisting customers
• Processing transactions and cash handling
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming venue
• Providing exceptional customer service to locals and visitors alike

What we're looking for:

✔ RSA and RSG certification (valid in South Australia)
✔ Experience in a similar role
✔ Friendly and approachable personality
✔ Solid customer service skills




✔ Reliable and able to work independently
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to work day, evenings, weekends and public holidays
