About the Role

An experienced supervisor is required to lead on-site crews and manage complex transport infrastructure assets. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, project delivery, and site compliance across traffic signals, CCTV, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).

Pay & Benefits

- Base Rate: $52/hr + Super + Company Vehicle provided.

- Working Hours: Standard 38-hour week.

- Overtime: Regular OT opportunities paid at 1.5x and 2.0x rates.

- Roster: 9-day fortnight (1 RDO every two weeks).

- Location: Full-time permanent role servicing metropolitan SA area.

- Equipment: All specialist equipment provided (you only supply standard hand tools).

Key Responsibilities

- Directly supervise on-site teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices.

- Manage day-to-day site scheduling, project bookings, and delivery timelines.

- Oversee site operations for minor works, CCTV, ITS,



and ongoing traffic signal maintenance.

- Provide technical guidance and maintain quality assurance across complex electrical assets.

- Drive a strict Zero Harm safety culture while ensuring full compliance across all active sites.

Key Requirements

- Licences: Unrestricted Class A Electrical Licence and an Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (both essential).

- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading hands-on electrical crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople.

- Industry Background: Experience operating within Tier 1, civil contracting, or heavily regulated environments.

- Technical Expertise: Practical knowledge of Traffic Signals, ITS, CCTV, PLCs, or closed-network systems.

- Standards Familiarity: Familiarity with Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) specifications is highly desirable.

- Safety Focus: A strong commitment to site safety paired with the ability to make decisive, sound judgements under tight deadlines.
