Immediate opportunities for experienced Boilermakers, Fitters & Riggers to join a shutdown maintenance project at Evolution Mining's Lake Cowal Gold Mine, near West Wyalong, NSW.

We are partnering with our client to source skilled and reliable tradespeople for an upcoming shutdown campaign.
Project Details

- Site: Evolution - Lake Cowal Gold Mine, West Wyalong NSW
- Shutdown Dates: 9 September - 16 September
- Roster: Day & night shifts
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Pay Rate: $60 per hour flat rate
- Extra benefits: Meal allowance + travel allowance where applicable
- Accommodation: Provided
- Site Transport: Transport to and from site provided

Scope of Work
The shutdown will involve a range of maintenance and mechanical works, including:

- Repairs to cyanide destruction tanks
- Replacement of tank rotors
- Belt alignment works
- Valve replacement
- Transfer chute replacement
- Pipework repairs and replacement
- General shutdown maintenance activities

About You
To be considered for this shutdown, applicants must:





- Be available for 100% of the shutdown duration
- Hold relevant and current trade qualifications/certifications
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a current Australian Driver Licence
- Be able to successfully pass a Police Check / Criminal History Check
- Have relevant shutdown, mining or heavy industry experience
- Be reliable, safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team
