We are looking for a switched-on, organised and confident Operations Manager. You’ll work closely with the Director and Production Manager and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business — essentially acting as the second-in-command and helping keep projects, deliveries, clients and production moving smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, including:

- Ordering materials, supplies and deliveries, coordinating schedules
- Working closely with the Director on day-to-day business operations
- Communicating with clients and production / project managers
- Following up suppliers, deliveries and outstanding items
- Helping identify and resolve issues before they become problems
- Supporting the wider team and stepping in wherever needed

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and switched on. You’ll be someone who naturally takes ownership, can see what needs to be done and gets on with it.

You’ll ideally have:





- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- A practical, problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail
- Confidence working independently while being a strong team player
- A qualified and personable manner
- Previous experience in operations, scheduling, coordination, administration, construction, manufacturing, kitchens or a similar environment would be highly regarded

You’ll work directly with the Director and Production Manager, have a real influence on how the business operates and become a trusted and important member of the team.
