Full-Time Position | Flagstone & Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a growing civil construction team working across Flagstone and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator looking for consistent, long-term work on a range of civil and earthworks projects.

The Role

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery across a variety of civil construction and earthmoving projects.

You will be expected to work confidently and independently while maintaining a high standard of safety, productivity and workmanship.

Requirements To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience operating excavators




- Strong civil construction and earthmoving experience
- Experience with bulk earthworks, trenching and general civil works
- Final trim experience highly regarded
- Excavator ticket
- Current White Card
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
- Reliable transport
- Strong communication skills
- A professional and reliable work ethic
- Recent references from previous employers
