Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Qualified Maintenance Plumber for a permanent, full-time opportunity with a well-established and growing facilities management organisation in Albury.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of sites delivering planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, repairs, minor works and installations. The position offers a 38-hour week, competitive salary and a fully tooled company vehicle, power tools and mobile phone.

Your Duties May Include

- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Installation, modification and repair of plumbing fixtures
- Water supply and drainage repairs
- Installation and repair of toilets, sinks, showers and sanitary systems
- Installation and maintenance of hot water systems and appliances
- Testing plumbing systems and identifying leaks and faults
- Troubleshooting and completing repairs or replacement of damaged components
- Emergency maintenance and repairs
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Planning works and determining required materials and equipment
- Liaising with clients, contractors and project managers
- Coordinating plumbing assistants or trainees when required
- Assisting with estimates, materials and procurement
- Maintaining accurate timesheets and records of completed works.

The role combines plumbing maintenance, minor construction works, fault finding, emergency repairs and client liaison.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Completed plumbing trade qualification
- Current plumbing licence




- Demonstrated plumbing maintenance and repair experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to plan and manage your own workload
- Strong safety focus
- Construction Industry White Card
- Asbestos awareness training
- Silica awareness training
- Current driver's licence
- Working with Vulnerable People clearance
- Ability to qualify for Defence site access, including a police check
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical screening, including physical, hearing and drug and alcohol testing
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
