Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include but may not be limited to
The Role
- Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and month-end cycles.
- Analyse budget variances to support timely performance decisions.
- Prepare management and operational reports with insightful commentary.
- Develop financial models for benchmarking and analysis.
- Maintain and analyse the KPI dashboard to track company performance.
- Conduct financial analysis including gross margins, break-even, and ratio assessments.
- Review cost structures and drivers to identify efficiency improvements.
- Partner with operations to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
About You
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting foundation
- Proven experience building and managing budgets and forecasts
- Prior experience building or developing financial models for operational analysis
- Ability to produce robust management reporting and commentary to influence key decisions
- Advanced excel
