SJ Electric WA are seeking a qualified Service Coordinator to work with our Electrical service department in our Perth CBD office. We are seeking an ultimate multi-tasker who is an admin and scheduling superstar and will be responsible for all the service admin work, scheduling of technicians and liaising with our customers.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Scheduling appointments for clients and tracking clients service requests

- Organising materials for use on site and organising subcontractors for regional / remote service requests

- Ensuring our field technicians are organised and on track

- Responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of service

- Maintaining our client databases

- Generate reports on service activities, including performance metrics and client feedback

- Assist in analysing service data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Perform administrative tasks related to service coordination, such as data entry, file management, documentation and answering the reception phone when required

Qualifications and requirements:

- Proficient in Excel and Word





- Pronto experience advantageous although not essential as training provided

- Punctual, reliable and thorough

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Can manage their time effectively and not think twice about dealing with interruptions to their day

- Experience in electrical/retail sector preferred but not essential

- 1-2 years of coordination or scheduling experience is required
