About us

Brighter Sparks Electrical is a Sydney-based electrical contractor specialising in residential, strata, and commercial solar and battery storage installations. We run a fully licensed, in-house team — no subcontracting — and we're growing fast. As demand for solar and home batteries climbs, we're building out a sales support team to keep our consultants in front of the right customers.

The role

We're looking for an organised, confident Appointment Setter / Sales Administrator to be the engine room behind our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our leads — qualifying enquiries, booking site visits and consultations, and keeping our pipeline clean and moving. It's a role that blends phone work with day-to-day admin, ideal for someone who's personable on the phone and sharp with systems.

What you'll do

- Respond quickly to inbound leads (calls, web forms, SMS) and make outbound calls to new and existing prospects

- Qualify leads against our criteria and book appointments for our sales consultants

- Manage and update our CRM and job management systems, keeping records accurate and up to date

- Follow up on quotes, unbooked leads, and no-shows to keep opportunities alive

- Coordinate consultant diaries and site-visit scheduling





- Handle general sales admin: preparing documents, sending customer follow-ups, and light reporting

- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, customer service, or sales admin

- A clear, friendly, and professional phone manner

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling software (we use ServiceM8, Pylon, and Pipereply — training provided)

- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload

- Solar, energy, trades, or home-improvement industry experience is a plus (but not essential)

What we offer

- $65,000–$80,000 commensurate with experience
