- Remuneration: $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Administration Officer to join Office of the Provost, Academic Division.
This Administration Officer role is a front-line position at QUT College with a focus on ensuring positive experience for all clients delivering high-quality service and support to students, staff, and QUT College partners. It is an integral part of the College Administration team responsible for supporting operational needs of the College across a broad range of student administration activities including enquiry management, and compliance and facilities activities. The workload and responsibilities of this position are shared between several team members to enhance skill development and support business needs.

What you need to succeed
1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree.
2. Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality, client-focused services to a diverse range of people in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise written and oral communication to diverse cohorts.
4. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines while completing high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to productively use the Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to learn organisation-specific systems.
6. Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
