About the role:

Experience of working in a GP, allied health and paediatrics practice is essential.

Following simple instructions and company policies to the tee is the key of your success with us.

Competence in Best Practice software, Medicare billing and confidence working independently, with high-volume phone call and email correspondence.
Managing patients bookings and billings for doctors and allied health. Supporting telehealth and face-to-face doctors and allied health consultations.

Running busy email communication with patients and electronic health records.
Customer-facing role, friendly interpersonal style, caring for your doctors and for your patients who often do not have a lot of patience, working as a team and having fun together, when possible.

Professional growth and development are provided.

High level of command and written English is essential.

Fluent Chinese and/or Cantonese is a bonus.

Start with 35AUD p/h during probation period and open to discuss a permanent agreement after the probation, based on your performance.
