About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Accountant / Accountant to join our Business & Tax Services Team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS, while also supporting the delivery of practical business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS for a wide range of clients
- Assist with business and tax advisory work
- Build strong, skilled relationships with clients
- Work collaboratively with a supportive accounting team
- Continue developing your technical and professional skills
About You
You will bring:
- 2–4+ years’ experience in public practice
- Solid understanding of accounting and taxation principles
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with BGL, MYOB, Xero (preferred)
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing towards accreditation (desirable)
- SMSF compliance and taxation knowledge
