Motorama Toyota Moorooka is looking for a Service Receptionist to help us provide our guests with a fantastic experience every time!
The Service Receptionist provides a key role in our dealerships. You'll support our customers, our Service Manager and Service Advisors to provide a great customer experience to our guests who are in to get their vehicles serviced.

As a Service Receptionist your role will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
- Answering phone calls and connecting customers to the right experts
- Make scheduled outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement
- Processing documentation and requests
- Filing paperwork & maintaining customer records
- Reconciling the cash received during the day
- Finalising customer invoices
- Driving service guests short distances in Company car if required
- Overtime and Saturday work may be required
To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:
- Experience working with customers
- Experience in an outbound call centre role highly regarded
- Good organisation and administration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must like helping customers and solving problems
- Enjoy working as part of a busy, friendly, professional team
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in automotive customer service, with the goal of progressing into a Service Advisor role
