We are growing our Housekeeping team and currently have opportunities available across Houseperson, Room Attendant and Public Area Attendant positions, with full-time, part-time and casual employment options available.

Whether you're experienced in luxury hotels, have worked in housekeeping or cleaning, or simply have a great work ethic and an exceptional eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Depending on your experience, availability and strengths, your role may focus on servicing our guest rooms, maintaining our beautiful public spaces, supporting linen and housekeeping operations, or a combination across the department.

What you could be doing

• Preparing and servicing guest rooms to an exceptional standard
• Making beds and replenishing linen, towels, amenities and guest supplies
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel public areas
• Supporting Room Attendants with linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Collecting and distributing clean and soiled linen throughout the property
• Restocking housekeeping cupboards, trolleys and storage areas
• Responding to guest requests for additional amenities and housekeeping items
• Maintaining clean,



organised and well-presented back-of-house areas
• Supporting room turnarounds and the wider Housekeeping team during busy periods
• Working together to ensure every area of Osborn House is beautifully presented for our guests

What we're looking for

• Previous housekeeping, hotel or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
• A strong work ethic and genuine pride in your work
• Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
• Reliability, organisation and the ability to work efficiently
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit Housekeeping team
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays

Most importantly, we're looking for people who care about the details. Experience can be taught, but pride, reliability and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional guest experience are what we're looking for.
