About the Role
As first point of contact for all customers, our team members will:

- Support our Optometrists with pre-testing

- Ensure clinic is running smoothly and making efficiency decisions

- Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey

- Looking recall lists and strategically contacting patients to ensure booked clinics

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and exhibits the following qualities:

Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together

- Practical Abilities: Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience will be highly desired, however full optics training will be provided!
