- Maintain and organise corporate records, legal files, and documentation in line with company policy and applicable regulations
- Support due diligence processes, document collation, and general corporate transaction coordination as required
- Manage the CEO's calendar, correspondence, and daily priorities, exercising sound judgment on scheduling and competing demands
- Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings,
and corporate events, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal stakeholders and business partners
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Support matters involving insolvency, including liaising with external advisors and administrators, and assisting with related documentation and reporting
- Provide high-level, autonomous support to the CEO, operating independently and exercising sound judgement on competing priorities
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience), with essential prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in corporate legal support
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and summarise legal/corporate documents, with strong written communication skills for drafting professional correspondence
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership/executives in a quick-paced environment, working autonomously with sound judgement and minimal direction
- Exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion when liaising with lawyers, executives, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to insolvency processes (voluntary administration, liquidation, restructuring) and familiarity with contract management/legal document platforms are highly regarded
