Description of the role:

We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join our Business Advisory team. In this role you’ll assist a range of clients across business advisory, compliance and strategic tax services.

What your day might look like:

- Advising clients on tax strategies and business growth opportunities, preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards.
- Collaborating with partners to provide tailored client solutions, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
- Oversee statutory compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT and company secretarial matters
- Lead, coach and develop team members through regular feedback and support
- Review client budgets, cash flow and year-end tax planning requirements

What makes you ‘just right’:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a public practice firm
- Strong client relationship and leadership skills
- Strong technical tax compliance knowledge
- Excellent communications skills
