The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to manage a small, high-quality portfolio while leading a close-knit team of strata professionals.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting a team of 2 Strata Managers and 2 Assistants
- Managing relationships and liaising with Owners Corporations
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
- Attending and chairing AGMs, EGMs and SCMs
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-law letters and formal notices to comply
- Providing guidance, support and leadership to your team
- Ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered to clients
- Taking ownership of your portfolio and driving matters through to completion

About You

You’re an experienced strata skilled who knows the industry inside and out and is ready for a role where your expertise is genuinely valued.
You’ll ideally have:





- Previous experience in Strata Management
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation, processes and best practice
- Knowledge of BMCs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and get things done
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to lead, support and mentor a small team
