About the RoleZambrero Capalaba is seeking reliable and dedicated Supervisors to join our growing team. We have opportunities for both Casual and Full-time positions, with a specific focus on opening and afternoon shifts. You will play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment the doors open.

Responsibilities
Manage restaurant opening procedures and perform daily supervisor duties.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.
Prepare fresh Mexican-inspired meals according to Zambrero's high standards and recipes.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitization regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure effective operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
Robust communication skills and a natural ability to work effectively within a team.
Demonstrated honesty,



reliability, and a professional work ethic.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced quick-service environment.
Flexibility to work opening and afternoon shift rotations as required.
