We’re expanding our catering team and looking for a passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join us in our production kitchen!

The Role

Enjoy the rare hospitality unicorn: a Monday to Friday schedule!

As a casual CDP, you’ll be playing a key role in our catering production kitchen—prepping and delivering high-quality dishes for corporate events, private functions, and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prep and produce high-volume catering orders to a high standard.

● Manage and maintain your section efficiently during prep and pack-out.

● Support inventory management, stock rotation, and wastage control.

● Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.

● Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep prep schedules on track.

What We’re Looking For

● Experience:



2+ years of experience as a Commis Chef or CDP (catering or high-volume experience is a big plus!).

● Qualifications: The ideal candidate has obtained a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or completed an apprenticeship.

● Skills: Solid knife skills, solid understanding of food safety, and efficiency under pressure.

● Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, organised, and proactive.

● Alignment: Passionate about food and excited to be part of a team driven by community and social impact.
