Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive leader to work alongside management to drive venue operations, lead the team, and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead FOH and kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring high service quality.

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Oversee shift setup, cash handling, and venue opening/closing procedures.

Foster a positive team setting and uphold food safety and RSA compliance.

Requirements:

Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality.

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Full working rights in Australia.
