Job Advertisement: Casual Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated casual female Support Worker to provide personal care and assist with full domestic duties for an independent male quadriplegic in the northern suburbs.

Position Details:
Availability: Must be able to cover a range of shifts, including overnight, day shifts, and weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance (including bowel care)
Complete full range of domestic duties including cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing and other household tasks
Drive an automatic vehicle

Candidate Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
Ability to step in and support other team members during their leave




No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided with buddy support
Preference will be given to female candidates residing in the northern suburbs

Remuneration:
Competitive pay rates to be discussed during the interview
Superannuation at 12%
