Transport Administrator – Wacol Location , Temp to Perm | 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM |

We’re currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join a leading logistics company based in Wacol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in transport and receiving administration, who thrives in a rapid-paced, team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage transport documentation and scheduling
Coordinate receiving processes and ensure accurate data entry
Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external stakeholders
Maintain compliance with company procedures and delivery timelines

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a transport admin or receiving admin role




Proficiency in SAP and robust understanding of warehousing systems
Solid logistical knowledge and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30am starts until 1:30pm Finish (Potential 2 weeks training on PM shift)

Location: Wacol, Brisbane

Rate: $34.89 per hour
