About the Role
We are seeking a agile Sales Manager to lead our growth in South East Queensland. Based at our Beenleigh branch, you will manage a small, dedicated team. Your core focus will be driving revenue and expanding our customer base. This role requires a hands-on leader who loves business development. Experience in equipment rental is essential. Candidates with access equipment experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Actively identify and secure recent commercial and industrial accounts across SEQ.
Lead the Team: Mentor, motivate, and manage a small, high-performing sales and operations team.
Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and maximize account value.
Strategy Execution:



Implement strategic sales plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Market Awareness: Monitor local competitor activity and construction project pipelines in the region.

Skills and Experience
Proven sales background within the equipment rental or hire industry.
Specific experience with access equipment (EWP, boom lifts, scissor lifts) is a major advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold a small team accountable.
Strong network within the SEQ construction, civil, or industrial sectors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Valid Australian driver’s licence.
