We are currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

What we are looking for:
A customer service-focused individual with solid communication skills and pride in personal presentation
A passionate team player who can bring a smile to both colleagues and guests
Someone with positive energy and a can-do attitude, consistently brought to every shift
Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)
Full Australian working rights, with availability to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Flexibility to assist across other departments of the hotel as required

As our next Guest Service Agent, you will:




Greet and check in/out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
Manage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requests
Assist with administrative duties including invoicing and maintaining guest accounts
Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, presentable, and inviting
Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
Communicate effectively with other employees, departments, and guests
Support other hotel departments as needed
