Join Our Hospitality Team

Homestead Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Team Members to join us on a part-time, casual or fixed-term basis, working on-site at residential communities we service across the Northern Gold Coast.

We are looking for people with a genuine can-do attitude. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential — if you are willing to learn and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.

About this Role

You will support the day-to-day hospitality operations at our client sites, helping to maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities
Clean residents' rooms and shared living areas to a consistently high standard
Collect, wash, dry, fold and return residents' personal laundry, handling items with care
Launder and manage linen, towels and other communal items
Maintain cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely and correctly
Follow infection control, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
Interact with residents respectfully and courteously, and report any concerns to the in office support team

Essential Requirements




A satisfactory National Police Certificate issued within the past 3 months — this is mandatory and must be provided before commencement
The right to work in Australia

Reliable, well-presented and energetic, with genuine pride in your work
Open to learning new skills and following training and set procedures
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Attentive to detail
Respectful, patient and discreet when working in residents' personal spaces
Previous cleaning, laundry, housekeeping or hospitality experience is welcome but not required

Please note: a satisfactory National Police Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role. Applications cannot be progressed without one.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
