Prepare fresh bagels and menu items to recipe standards.
Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.
Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency.
Operate kitchen equipment safely.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked.
Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Assist with receiving, rotating and storing stock (FIFO).
Support the team during busy service periods.
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Pay: $26.44 – $27.01 per hour
