Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote self-esteem and independence.
Facilitate community engagement and social activities to enhance the clients' quality of life.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in disability support, social work,



or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in disability support is an advantage but not mandatory.
