Retail Assistant – Full Training Provided

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Mister Minit in The Glen Shopping Centre.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales
Key cutting and key duplication services
Engraving services
Watch battery replacement
Basic shoe repair assistance
General retail duties and maintaining a clean, organised store environment
Handling payments and cash transactions

Requirements:
Friendly, positive and professional attitude
Valuable communication skills
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Willingness to learn new practical skills




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Weekend availability is preferred
English communication skills are required. Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly regarded due to our diverse customer base
