Disability Support Worker – 24-Hour Care (Northern Beaches)

Location: Northern Beaches, NSW

Employment Type: Private Care – 24-hour support

Pay Rate: Award rate

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to a client located in the Northern Beaches area.

The role involves providing 24-hour care and support to assist the client with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and maintaining independence at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred disability support and daily care assistance

Assist with personal care and household tasks

Support mobility and daily routines

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with community access and appointments

Maintain a secure and comfortable home environment

Follow care plans and client preferences

Requirements:

Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or personal care

Compassionate, patient,



and reliable approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Current First Aid and CPR (preferred)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Police Check (preferred)

Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive the client’s vehicle

Must have appropriate driving experience and provide evidence of suitable vehicle insurance/requirements
