THE BUILDER

Our client is a highly regarded residential builder experiencing continued growth and seeking an experienced Senior Production Draftsperson to join their team.

Working closely with the Drafting Manager, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality permit and construction documentation across a range of residential projects, including townhomes and medium-density developments.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing permit and construction drawings using ArchiCAD
Coordinating consultant information and documentation
Ensuring projects meet relevant building regulations and standards
Liaising with internal teams, consultants and building surveyors




Assisting with technical guidance and mentoring within the drafting team

What We're Looking For
Advanced ArchiCAD skills
Experience with townhomes and medium-density projects
Sound knowledge of Victorian residential construction
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Must have Full Australian Working Rights
