Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking an experienced, driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our high-performing New Car Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished automotive sales skilled who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a successful career with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

The Role:
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
Managing the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
Generating and following up sales leads and opportunities
Maintaining a high level of Mercedes-Benz product knowledge




Delivering a premium customer experience at every interaction
Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objective

About You:
A minimum of two years’ automotive sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A skilled, confident and customer-focused approach
The motivation and resilience to succeed in a high-performance sales environment
The ability to manage leads effectively and follow through on opportunities
The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
A current and valid Queensland driver licence
