The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and protected kitchen environment
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
Assist with stock ordering, receiving, rotation, and storage
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure productive service
Adapt dishes to meet dietary requirements and customer preferences

About You




Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
Sound knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Reliable, hardworking, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices
