Commercial Business Partner - TGA Licensed Manufacturing Facility

Internally this role is referred to as Business Analyst - Commercial.

Responsibilities include:

Build and maintain strong working relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to support effective business decision-making;

Demonstrated experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs), including an understanding of product structures, component relationships, and their impact on product costing, pricing, and manufacturing processes;

Maintain and enhance the cost model;

Support pricing reviews, customer tenders and profitability analysis;

Act as a trusted commercial business partner, providing financial insights, challenging assumptions constructively, and influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations;

Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance,



or a related discipline.

Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Comfortable working with large and complex data sets.

Strong knowledge and practical experience using ERP systems within a manufacturing setting.

A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach, with a willingness to ask questions, challenge existing practices respectfully, and embrace recent ways of working.

A team-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and collaborative culture.
