Sydney Building Management & Projects is seeking a dedicated permanent full-time Concierge to join our skilled team at a residential tower in Chatswood.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00pm

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: $60,000 per year + Superannuation

Start Date: August 3rd

About the Role

As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests enjoy an exceptional experience. This position is based in a residential building, requiring a proactive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
Assist the Building Management team with supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols to maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation.
Manage key distribution, visitor check-ins & parking, parcel deliveries, and other front-desk operations.
Build solid relationships with residents and ensure their inquiries are handled efficiently.

About You

We are seeking a friendly, pro-active and professional candidate with experience in customer-facing roles, who is committed to delivering outstanding service

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hotel front office,



residential concierge, or a similar high customer service role.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong customer service mindset with a polished and skilled presentation.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
Additional availability to assist across the portfolio is preferred but not essential.

Requirements
This role requires a long-term commitment and a reliable schedule.
Candidates must have full work rights in Australia and be available to work full time on an ongoing basis.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
White Card (or willingness to obtain).
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
