Duties:
Source and evaluate commercial property acquisition prospects across office, retail and industrial sectors
Conduct due diligence, financial analysis and valuation assessments on potential investments
Build and maintain relationships with investors, vendors, agents and other key industry stakeholders
Present investment recommendations backed by market research and commercial insights




Support the growth of the buyers agency and funds management divisions through proactive deal sourcing and client engagement

The skills and experience required for this role:
Experience in commercial property, buyers advocacy, sales and leasing, asset management or acquisitions
Solid understanding of commercial property fundamentals, valuation principles and investment metrics
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
Commercially minded with the ability to identify value-add and investment opportunities
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a high-growth workplace
