YWCA Australia is seeking a Case Manager for CASY House in Darwin to support young people experiencing homelessness with trauma-informed, holistic case management and advocacy.

You will develop and coordinate support plans, conduct assessments, connect clients with services, and work with Youth Workers to help youths achieve secure housing and independence.

This role offers a supportive, values-led team, salary packaging, career development, and relocation assistance for the Top End.
